French & English

About us

Airnity is a rapidly growing French company in the telecommunications field. We are a mobile operator serving automotive manufacturers and helping them meet the challenge of ultra-connected vehicles.

One of our strengths as a telecom operator is that we heavily use "cloud-native" technologies. This allows us to have an extremely agile approach to our business and position ourselves as a viable alternative to traditional players.

We need help

We know we’re looking for a unicorn 🦄 – don't try to check all the boxes 😅

Within the Engineering team, you will take part in defining and developing critical systems for a telecom operator:

  • Maintenance and improvement of core network nodes for an MVNO:

    • 2G/3G (STP, HLR, GGSN)

    • 4G (DEA/DRA, HSS, P-GW)

  • Development of 5G-SA network nodes

Airnity also fosters an innovative approach to telecom networks. In this context, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team on various research and development projects:

  • Development of solutions enabling slicing

  • Integration into Kubernetes and public cloud

  • Use of modern approaches (horizontal scaling, zero downtime, zero trust, continuous deployment)

Development environment:

  • C/C++ (~50%↘️) / Elixir (~50% ↗️) / Rust / Golang

  • GitHub / GitHub Actions

  • Docker / Kubernetes / Argo CD

Your mission will cover the entire lifecycle of these systems:

  • Design and architecture of these systems

  • System development

  • Implementation of continuous integration and deployment

  • Writing automated tests

  • Operation of the solutions

Our environment

As Airnity is organized as a Holacracy, you will have complete freedom to propose the role or roles you wish to take on in order to best benefit the team with your experience. You can also develop new skills by choosing other roles.

You are autonomous and take part in all activities necessary for development (definition, architecture, tooling, testing, operations, support).

You speak French and you are fluent in English.

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and public cloud

  • Knowledge of Rust, Elixir, or Golang

  • Telecom expertise

  • Implementation of agile practices
